How will I know which bath or shower is right for my needs?
I will visit you at your home and find out what you want to gain from your bathing experience. I will then explain the many choices available to you, and will encourage you to take notes and ask as many questions as possible. This will help you make an informed decision on which solution suits your requirements best.
Will there be a lot of disruption to my home?
We always try to ensure there is as little as possible and our specialist fitters will try and get the project finished for you as quickly and cleanly as possible.
I only have one toilet; will I be able to use it during the install?
Of course. Any time that you need to use the toilet just let the fitter know and he will wait outside. If you are having a new toilet as part of the install, the fitter will give you plenty of notice and swap old for new as quickly as possible. You will never be left without a toilet overnight.
Do these products require special servicing and upkeep?
Not at all, our products are very easy to care for and require no special equipment or cleaning fluids. By making it as easy as possible for you, you’ll be able to enjoy your new found bathing experience.
I'm nervous about meeting an advisor on my own?
Don't worry – I am here to make your life easier and to make you feel comfortable in your own home. I have been installing and surveying mobility bathrooms for the last 15 years and have met with hundreds of customers over the years, many in the same boat as you. I will advise you and answer any questions that you may have. Many of my customers I am still in contact with due to the relationship we built up during their install.
